Educational reform is on the way in Spain in the shape of the LOMLOE. The law aims to ensure the provision of quality education and equal opportunities for all and to equip young people with the competences they need to meet the demands of the global and digital world of today and tomorrow.

In this series of professional development webinars we’ll unpick what the LOMLOE means for teachers. We’ll consider the topic of inclusion, one of the pillars of the new law, in the context of bilingualism. We’ll look at how to incorporate STEM and self management, two key competences that the law identifies, into our English classes. And we’ll look at the new focus in the English curriculum on ‘learning situations’ and consider ways to include them in our lessons.
